After parting ways with Black Leopards in December last year, Luc Eymael has finally found a new club.
Eymael handed in his resignation to Lidoda Duvha on December 27, with sources indicating that the Belgian head coach was frustrated with the lack of control that he had at the club.
It didn’t take long for Leopards to find a replacement for the head coach, with Cavin Johnson subsequently taking over at the helm of the team in the new year.
However, Eymael has since taken the next step in his professional career, confirming to Soccer Laduma that he has left South Africa and is on his way to join Tanzanian side, Young Africans S.C as their new head coach.
“I’m leaving South Africa today (Thursday) and I’m going to Tanzania to sign at Young Africans, I was waiting for a response from AmaZulu but the response didn’t come so I’m leaving to Young Africans,” he told the Siya crew exclusively.
The Tanzanian side is currently in 5th place on the log with 4 games in hand and with the help of Eymael, they could be well on their way to winning their 23rd Tanzanian Premier League title.
